Membership includes an annual comprehensive lab panel of over 100 biomarkers and a detailed review by your practitioner. Our Membership includes all of the benefits listed below and is month-to-month with no contract. Ask about our discounts for emergency personnel and military.
Our membership is eligible for HSA plans, FSA plans, and medical sharing programs. We can provide an itemized receipt for your records.

Extended Appointment Times: Appointments are scheduled for 30-60 minutes to allow thorough care.
Unlimited Visits: Members can schedule as many visits as medically necessary. Non-urgent questions should go through office staff first. If provider input is needed, an
appointment will be scheduled.
Accessibility: Members have access to send messages to staff members through a secure patient portal for questions, concerns, and medical needs. (Additional charges may apply for urgent after-hours needs).
Same or Next Day Appointments: Urgent needs are prioritized with set-aside appointment slots each office day.
Savings: Our members benefit from reduced pricing on compounded medications, labs, supplements, office services, and procedures.
Consultation with Specialists: We can refer to specialists and coordinate closely with them when needed.
